Downstairs is the fireplace lounge, the dining table and a patio with a swing. Upstairs is a second lounge with a TV and balcony. The attic room has its own balcony and the widest view in the house.
A housekeeping and kitchen team looks after the villa, so you can spend the weekend in the garden instead of the kitchen.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 2 PM, check-out by 10 AM. Please carry a valid photo ID for every adult. Your booking reference is checked on arrival.
Payment, deposit and refunds
A refundable security deposit of ₹22,000 is collected at check-in and returned within 4 to 7 working days after the property is inspected.
Refunds apply only when the full stay amount has been paid. Partial payments are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 9 days of the cancellation request.
Guests and occupancy
The nightly rate covers 9 guests. Up to 12 guests can stay, and each guest beyond 9 is charged per night. Children under 5 stay free. Visitors and extra guests need approval in advance. The primary guest must be 18 or older.
House rules
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM, and parties or events are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor smoking areas. Chewing tobacco is not allowed anywhere on the property. Pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for any damage during the stay. Daily housekeeping is part of the stay, so please let the team in once a day.
Meals and the kitchen
Veg and non-veg meals are cooked by the in-house team and charged as per the menu. A private chef can be booked, with groceries billed at actuals. Guests cannot use the kitchen themselves.
